PRODUCTS

IS EVERYTHING MADE HERE IN THE US?

All of our designs are manufactured in the US with the exception of our graphic tees, they are produced in Haiti through our partnership with GOEX, a United States Nonprofit that is connecting work with those less fortunate in Haiti while also having a direct impact on orphans in need.

ARE THE GRAPHIC TEES TRUE TO SIZE?

It depends on the shirt.  The children’s sizes are all true to size, but our adult sizes come in unisex and women’s depending on the design.  Our unisex shirts fit large and women’s sizes are true to size with a slimmer fit.  The sizing will be listed in the description of each shirt.

ARE YOU PRODUCING OTHER DESIGNS BESIDES GRAPHIC TEES?

Yes!  Our graphic tees have been our most popular design so we are going producing new designs regularly, but we are also working with manufacturers to offer swim wear, pajamas, raglan dresses, undies and more!

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

While we do restock items, not all items will be restocked.  The items that will not be restocked will be stated in the description.

 

 


 

 

ORDERS

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR IT TO SHIP?

Any orders received before 1pm CST usually ship the same day. Any orders received after 1pm CST usually ship the next Business Day.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY ITEMS I CAN PUT IN MY CART?

There are no limits to the amount of items you can add to the cart.  We encourage many ;)

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped, which normally happens 12-24 hours after you’ve placed your order. For any questions you can contact us at hello@crossing-arrows.com. Be sure to have your order/confirmation number available.

 

 


 

 

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Please know that we use USPS International Priority Service for all our international shipments and that once the package leaves the country we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what the USPS tracking number provides. If you have any delivery issues please reach out to your local postal service.

WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?

Unfortunately we only offer free shipping to the contiguous US

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

For Free Shipping we use USPS. For express we use UPS.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We ship worldwide!  Domestic orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS.  First-Class and international orders are flat rate $16. International packages may take up to two weeks for delivery depending on location.  Please understand that on international orders we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages without a tracking number. 

MY ORDER’S TRACKING SHOWS ‘DELIVERED’ BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

Packages marked as delivered, but are ‘not received’ are your responsibility to locate.  Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable.  Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping.  We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Crossing Arrows is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Thank you for purchasing CROSSING ARROWS!  You can check your order status here.

We hope to ship all orders both domestic and international orders within 2-4 business days of purchase date for standard shipping.  For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.  That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.

 

 


 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. For more details please visit our Return Policy here.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT?

Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@crossing-arrows.com and they will make sure to send a replacement out right away. If the defective items needs to be returned to us we will also provide a pre-paid return label.

 

 


 

 

GIFTING

DOES CROSSING ARROWS OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes, you can select gift wrapping during the checkout process for a $4.00 fee. Your items will be gift wrapped in color co-ordinating tissue paper and packaged in a keepsake paper box.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT ALL OF MY ITEMS GIFT WRAPPED?

Specify in the order notes which items should not be gift wrapped.

WHERE CAN I FIND CROSSING ARROWS IN A STORE NEAR ME?

You can find Crossing Arrows products in local Kansas City boutiques.  We are working to expand our independent boutiques throughout the country.

WILL CROSSING ARROWS EVER SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and Crossing Arrows will not share or sell your personal information with other parties. When you order with us, we ask for your personal email address so we can communicate with you about your order, send you an order confirmation, and occasionally tell you about exciting Crossing Arrows news. You may opt-out if you no longer wish to receive communications from us. All other personal information is used for order processing purposes only and is kept private and secure.
